Retail Store Supervisor
Are you a strong leader with retail experience and a passion for excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee daily operations
- Hire, train, or arrange training for new staff
- Supervise and coordinate team activities
- Establish and manage employee work schedules
- Sell merchandise and support sales goals
- Authorize returns and handle transactions, including cash management
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply issues
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staff matters
What we’re looking for
- 7 months to 1 year of retail and supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and customer-focused attitude
- Minimum education: secondary school (high school)
